2. Services

Emmanuel Digitalz sells digital products and related access credentials/content through an automated WhatsApp shopping flow and supporting web tools. Product availability, pricing, and delivery method may vary by country.

3. Orders & payments

Placing an order through WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase the selected digital product. Payment is processed by third-party providers. Orders are fulfilled after successful payment confirmation. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to that order.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered via WhatsApp (or related channels we specify) after payment success. Because delivery is digital and often immediate, refunds are limited except where required by law or where we confirm a delivery failure or defective fulfillment on our side.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or attempt to exploit the WhatsApp bot or APIs
• Use purchased products for unlawful purposes
• Resell credentials in violation of third-party terms when prohibited
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data

6. Third-party services

WhatsApp/Meta and payment providers are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.
